&lt;p&gt;You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and take ownership of practical solutions from discovery through implementation, training and ongoing support. Within our Solutions Team, you will develop specialist expertise in Copilot and AI while contributing to wider digital transformation projects. You will report to the Solutions Team Leader.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;What you will do&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Lead client discovery workshops, understand business processes and recommend practical improvements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Configure and deliver Microsoft 365, automation and AI solutions, including agents, workflows and connections between business tools.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated experience delivering digital solutions and taking ownership of defined client work.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with practical capability in SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate or a closely related area.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Practical experience implementing or supporting AI solutions for business use, together with proficiency in using AI tools, writing effective prompts and critically assessing outputs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with business process automation and application integrations, including APIs and working knowledge of Microsoft Entra app registrations, authentication and permissions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clear client communication, structured problem solving and the ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An organised approach to independent delivery, with attention to quality, security, documentation and collaboration.&lt;/li&gt;
